Help Afghan Children

Dear readers!
Pleasehelp the individuals that suffer the most during war: thechildren. Forthe last few years we have been receiving shoes, clothesand notebooksfrom outside of Afghanistan for Afghan children. But, wesoon realizedthat buying shoes in Kabul is much, much cheaper andeasier. Withexpensive shipping costs and customs fees we pay there isless moneyspent on the items they so desperately need and more moneyon justgetting them to the children. More could be provided when lessis spenton the transport. Additionally this helps our economy as webuy Afghanmanufactured goods.

We are not disappointed in your sending usshoes, socks, clothes andstationary for Afghan children. These giftshave helped them get toschool, stay warm and have school utensils. Also, if you do know aneasy, inexpensive channel, for example throughISAF or a soldier inAfghanistan, by all means ship directly to them. Weare happy toreceive these donations!

We highly appreciate yourdonation and we promise we will spend yourmoney well, as we have beendoing for some time now. We will provideyou with pictures and videoindividually or for a group if a groupgives together.
Please takeaction and help enrich Afghan children's lives. Many haveto work to putfood on the table, in winter without any shoes in thesnow. Many areorphaned and the sole provider, just struggling day today.

Street Child Worker

Todayhundreds of these children are in the streets to work and earnmoney tofeed themselves and their families. Many of these childrencome frompoor families who lost their fathers and mothers and todaythey have todo the harshest work, just to survive. This child is oneof them whosupports his family by polishing people's boots on thestreets. She isonly 9 years old deprived of going to school. As shelooks to thehorizon, we can imagine......she seems to be dreaming onthe horizon ofher future. Currently her world doesn’t exceed furtherthan herself, theslipper she holds and the tools she is carrying.

An explosion kills five children in western Kabul.
Help Afghan Children1

The missile was the remains of civil war in the 1990's. The childrenbrought it out from the wreckage of a Russian tank and played with it,until it exploded. Among seven children, four of them have been killedand two remain wounded. As you see the cup and gloves of children who were killed in thisexplosion there remains their blood on the ground. This is testementto what the innocent and guiltless suffer.
Afghan Children always suffer from different kinds of abuses. They are the least able to defend themselves from it.
